James Bradley Riches is a British actor known for his roles as James McEwan in Heartstopper (2022 - 2026) and Lewis Barton in soap opera Emmerdale (2025 onward). In 2024, Riches participated in the twenty-third series of Celebrity Big Brother. Riches frequently speaks about being gay and autistic, and has published two books about his experiences. In 2026, he married theatre director Scott Johnston.
