Biography
Jacquelyn Ben-Zekry (Jacque or JBZ) is a Screenwriter, producer, and Developmental Story Editor working in publishing. On the publishing side JBZ specializes in novels falling into Mystery, Thriller, Suspense, Crime, Horror, Sci-Fi, Fantasy, and Historical genres. Books she has worked have appeared on the NYT, WSJ, Indy Best, and Amazon bestseller lists, and have been recognized with The Pen Falkner, Silver Dagger, Thriller, and Edgar Awards. JBZ grew up in rural Eastern Washington State, enjoyed 10+ years in Seattle WA, and now resides in Colorado with her husband and creative partner Blake Crouch.
