Privacy policy
The short version: we don't ask for your data, and we tell you exactly what happens in your browser.

Who we are
Originave ("we", "us") publishes educational statistics about index ETFs at this website. You can reach us any time at originave@atomicmail.io.
What we collect
Nothing personal from you directly. There are no accounts, no sign-up forms and no newsletters. Like almost every website, our hosting provider keeps standard technical server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and operations. We do not use these logs to identify you.
Cookies and advertising
Ads on this site are served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet. We do not choose the individual ads, and we have nothing about you to hand to Google beyond what your browser sends it.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, a consent message from Google appears on your first visit. It is a consent management platform certified under the IAB Transparency & Consent Framework: it names Google and the ad partners involved, and lets you accept, refuse, or choose purpose by purpose. Until you choose, no advertising cookies are set. Refusing does not lock you out of anything — you may simply see ads that are not personalized, or none.
You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings or www.aboutads.info/choices; in Europe, www.youronlinechoices.eu does the same. You can read how Google uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful — things like page views, approximate location and device type. We do not use it to identify you personally. Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish visitors, but in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland it only does so after you consent in the message above. Without consent it runs in Google's consent mode: it stores nothing on your device and sends Google only cookieless signals (such as that a page was viewed), which Google uses in aggregate to estimate visit counts.
You can learn how Google processes this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and opt out entirely with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Changing your choices
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the Privacy and cookie settings link at the bottom of the page reopens Google's consent message, so you can change or withdraw your consent at any time.
In several US states, including California, Virginia, Colorado and Connecticut, showing you personalized ads can count as "selling" or "sharing" personal information, or as targeted advertising. Use the Do not sell or share my personal information link at the bottom of the page to opt out; Google then restricts how it uses data from your visits to this site.
Wherever you are, you can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site works without them.
Your rights
We rely on your consent for advertising and analytics cookies where the law requires it, and on our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and running for the hosting logs. Under the GDPR and UK GDPR you may ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting what happened before. Residents of US states with privacy laws have similar rights to know, delete and opt out.
Because we run no accounts or profiles, nearly all data connected to your visit is held by Google, which may process it outside your country, including in the United States. Google's privacy policy explains how to exercise your rights with Google directly. For anything we hold, write to us at the address below. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect any information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will be visible — we do not do quiet rewrites.
